PRSSV Global Performing Arts Qualifications Data protection policy
This policy sets out how PRSSV Global Performing Arts
Qualifications (PRSSV Quals) uses and protects any personal
information that is collected or is provided by others, for the
purposes of undertaking our duties. We are committed to ensuring
that everyone’s privacy is protected.
This Policy is able to be updated as necessary from time to time.
Contact details provided through online forms from our website or
from PRSSV Quals staff and trustees will only be used for the
purpose stated on the form.
Any personal details submitted through the events or jobs sections
of this site are used only for the purposes of administration of
those activities or adverts. The office holds details of trustees,
staff members, officers, and volunteers. This is so that the
relevant person can be informed/contacted as soon as possible.

PRSSV Quals Diploma in Teaching (Level 5)
PRSSV Quals Performance Certificate and Diploma (Levels 4 and 5)
PRSSV Quals Heritage Skills (Levels 1 to 4)
PRSSV Quals Certificate of School-Based Teaching (Level 1)
Controlling your personal information
PRSSV Quals will not sell, distribute, or lease personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law. Personal information may be shared with other personnel associated with PRSSV Quals, including the Director and/or trustees, with the permission of the person in question.
If applicable to their role, their name, position, address, telephone number, and e-mail address may entirely or partially be passed on to whomsoever needs it, but always with the person’s permission.
Under the Data Protection Act, it is possible for the person in question to request details of personal information which PRSSV Quals holds about them.
If it is believed that any information PRSSV Quals holds about a person is incorrect or incomplete, or if the person in question wishes to change the use of their personal information that they have previously agreed to PRSSV Quals using, changes may be requested at any time by emailing the Data Controller.
The person in charge of Data Protection will act promptly upon such wishes. If it is believed by a person in question that PRSSV Quals’ management of data has been incorrect, a complaint may be made following PRSSV Quals’ complaints procedure.
Personal data is held on software applications that are password protected and accessible only by relevant staff members having particular access to that protocol.

Personal information is kept within a file management system while a person is associated in any way with PRSSV Quals and then deleted unless required for record keeping.
